On the right side of this page you’ll find a Begin the Survey link which will take you right into the survey.  The questionnaire is designed to collect information about public support for museums from the Federal, state and local levels.

The survey will take about 30 minutes to complete and is open to all types of museums, including aquariums, arboretums and botanical gardens, art museums, youth museums, general museums, historic houses and sites, history museums, nature centers, natural history and anthropology museums, planetariums, science and technology centers, specialized museums, and zoological parks.

Please know that your answers will be kept confidential.  Neither your name nor your institution’s name will be linked to any of your responses and nothing you say will affect current or future funding from IMLS or other federal agencies.
